Citizen Brief
Public Accountability Integrity Act of 2025
By John Dady
Why This Act Matters
For years, Americans have watched one investigation after another drag on with no justice delivered. The truth is known. The evidence is clear. Yet the Department of Justice and FBI delay, deny, or outright refuse to act.
Refusal to investigate is not neutrality — it is betrayal. When federal agencies ignore credible evidence, they violate their oath and the public trust.
What This Act Does
1. Defines Investigation Clearly
An investigation means the collection of facts, testimony, and evidence — whether by government, independent reporters, or private citizens.
If evidence is credible and verifiable, it is an investigation.
2. Makes Refusal a Crime
When DOJ or FBI refuse to investigate credible evidence, it is obstruction of justice.
Refusal is treated as betrayal of the Republic and violation of public trust.
3. Compels Enforcement
DOJ must act on evidence — regardless of where it comes from.
No more hiding behind “ongoing investigation” excuses.
4. Consequences for Betrayal
Officials who refuse to act face removal from office and criminal penalties.
Where treason is proven, full constitutional punishments apply.
The Bottom Line
Investigations are done. The evidence exists.
What’s missing is accountability.
The Public Accountability Integrity Act of 2025 ends the slow-walk and restores equal justice.
