By encouraging citizens to physically interfere with the lawful arrest and removal of illegal alien criminals, Democratic leaders have proven their allegiance is to a foreign constituency. They have incited violence to protect illegal aliens at the direct expense of American lives.

THE PROOF: THE PROTECTION OF THE "RIGHT TO CHEAT"

The Democratic Party has systematically blocked the SAVE Act and all measures requiring proof of U.S. citizenship for federal elections. This blockade is a deliberate effort to protect an illegal, non-citizen population’s ability to influence American elections. By refusing to verify the ballot, they have actively attempted to nullify the vote of the American Citizen.

THE FINAL BREACH: THE PUBLIC REPUDIATION (FEBRUARY 24, 2026)

During the State of the Union, the Democratic caucus provided the final, visual confirmation of this Indictment. When challenged to affirm that the "first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens over illegal aliens," they remained seated.

The Admission: By refusing to stand, they publicly admitted they no longer recognize the Citizen as their priority.

The Complicity: By failing to move for the immediate expulsion of these members, the Republican caucus has allowed a compromised and illegitimate body to continue to legislate for Missouri.

THE DECLARATION OF RESCISSION

WHEREAS, the Federal Government has breached the fundamental "Invasion Clause" and the Social Contract; and

WHEREAS, the legislative body has been tainted by those who have renounced their Oath;

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Citizens of the State of Missouri find the Federal Compact to be VOIDED BY FRAUD AND BREACH OF DUTY.

TERMINATION OF CONSENT: Missouri no longer recognizes the authority of a "Foreigners-First" Congress. The "all-or-none" breach by the Democrats, and the silence of the Republicans, has rendered the institution illegitimate.

SOVEREIGN ENFORCEMENT: Missouri shall secure its own borders and its own ballot box with 100% proof of citizenship, treating any federal interference as an act of foreign aggression.

THE BOND IS BROKEN. We, the citizens of the State of Missouri, refuse to be governed by a body that has made it perfectly clear that they support illegal aliens over the American Citizen. The contract is dead.
