📸 ONE DAY ONLY VOTING! IT’S THE LAW OF THE LAND
--------------------------------------------------
OPEN CALL TO ACTION
To My Fellow Citizens,
The laws guaranteeing secure, lawful, and timely federal elections already exist. They are 2 U.S.C. § 7 and 3 U.S.C. § 1. These statutes require that all votes for federal offices be cast and received on one single day—Election Day. And yet, these laws are violated in plain sight, year after year.
The courts have remained silent. The Department of Justice has refused to act. And election officials continue operating outside the boundaries of the Constitution.
So I took action. I drafted the Election Integrity Act of 2025—a restatement and enforcement mechanism for these laws. I wrote letters to the U.S. Supreme Court and to the Attorney General demanding answers.
But this isn’t just about them. It’s about you. It’s about us. If we want our elections to be lawful, we must demand it together.
Read the documents. Share them. Speak up. The law is on our side—but only if we’re brave enough to stand for it.

ELECTION INTEGRITY ACT OF 2025
(Comprehensive Legislative Draft with Enforceable Provisions)
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This Act may be cited as the “Election Integrity Act of 2025.”
SECTION 2. FINDINGS AND PURPOSE
Congress finds that:
(a) Article I, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress authority over the times, places, and manner of federal elections.
(b) 2 U.S.C. § 7 mandates that all federal elections for the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate be held on one uniform day.
(c) 3 U.S.C. § 1 mandates the same single day for the appointment of Presidential electors.
(d) Despite these statutes, several states have implemented extended voting periods including early voting, universal mail-in voting, and post–Election Day ballot receipt, in clear violation of federal law.
(e) These actions undermine the rule of law, public confidence in elections, and the constitutional framework for federal election uniformity.
(f) This Act reasserts and strengthens these federal mandates to restore lawful, secure, and transparent elections.
SECTION 3. AMENDMENTS TO 2 U.S.C. § 7
1. All voting for federal offices shall occur only on Election Day, defined as the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each even-numbered year.

6. All federal elections shall use precinct-based, hand-counted paper ballots.
7. Voting machines and ballot drop boxes are prohibited for use in federal elections.
8. Proof of U.S. citizenship is required to register and vote in federal elections.
Acceptable documentation includes:

9. Same-day voter registration is prohibited.
10. Voter rolls must be maintained, verified annually, and made publicly auditable.
11. Ballot harvesting is strictly prohibited.
12. Chain of custody documentation shall be maintained for all ballots and election materials.
13. Election observers shall have full, unobstructed access at all stages of the voting, collection, and counting process.
14. Violations of this Act shall result in federal civil and criminal penalties against responsible state officials.
15. States in violation of this Act shall forfeit eligibility for federal election-related funding or grants.
16. Congress shall retain oversight authority to ensure enforcement of this Act.
17. The U.S. Attorney General shall have standing to initiate civil enforcement actions against non-compliant jurisdictions.
18. Election Day shall be a federal public holiday.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Act shall take effect immediately upon enactment and shall apply to all federal elections held on or after January 1, 2026.
