Make Missouri Great Again

This page will include issues I want to see addressed in my home state. Some of the issues and suggestions are applicable to the entire country.

Unlike most, I refuse to bitch, moan, complain and offer nothing to better our state or country.

I'm not a politician, nor do I want to be lumped in with them. I don't half ass ideas. I offer suggestions, strategies to cause people to think and to change the narratives that may exists on the subjects I tackle.

I will discuss things you have not and will not hear elsewhere. These facts don't make me wrong! One must understand a few things about your elected officials.

They are there to serve themselves for the most part. They don't care what you want, because you the people damn never never speak up for yourselves. Silence is consent!

I'm going to take on some big subjects, that damn few dare to do. An elected official may have good ideas, but often lack the courage to speak open and publicly about them, Cowards serve only to enable our enemies within!

This page will be a work in progress, like everything here. I invite you to explore what I've written and never think because you have never heard of various subjects or tactics, that somehow they are not valid.

Thoughts are welcomed, with constructive criticism. Support for my positions are also welcomed. Sharing information from the site and the web address is crucial towards spreading the messages I have, which I believe would resonate with most conservatives.

Let’s Make Missouri Toxic to Illegal Immigrants Act

Prepared by Jonathan Dady

Dated: August 8, 2025

INTRODUCTION

Are you proud to live in a state that ranks fourth in the nation for child sex trafficking?
Because that’s Missouri.
That’s the cold, ugly reality beneath the surface. And if that doesn’t enrage you—then you’re not paying attention.
This isn’t just a federal failure. It’s a state-level disgrace. Missouri politicians have had the authority to stop illegal immigration, illegal employment, and illegal child exploitation—but they’ve chosen silence. Inaction. Excuses.
Illegal aliens are not just coming for work. They’re being used for trafficking, drugs, fraud, and violent crime. And we’re funding it with our silence.
That ends now.

SECTION 1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Act is to make Missouri uninhabitable for illegal aliens by removing all incentives and enforcing state-level deterrents through strict employment, education, and benefits restrictions, along with aggressive state-led enforcement mechanisms.

SECTION 2. BUSINESS PENALTIES FOR HIRING ILLEGAL ALIENS

Any business operating within the State of Missouri that knowingly or unknowingly employs illegal aliens shall be subject to the following penalties:

Fines Per Illegal Worker
- Businesses with 1–10 employees: $100,000 per illegal alien employed
- Businesses with 11–50 employees: $250,000 per illegal alien employed
- Businesses with 51 or more employees: $500,000 per illegal alien employed

These fines apply per illegal worker, not per business.

Licensing Penalties
- Any business found to be employing one or more illegal aliens shall have all licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate within Missouri permanently revoked.

No appeals. No grace periods. One strike.

SECTION 3. EDUCATION ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

Illegal immigrants shall not be eligible for taxpayer-funded K–12 education in the State of Missouri.

The State of Missouri hereby declares the 1982 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Plyler v. Doe to be unconstitutional and unenforceable within its jurisdiction. Education is not an enumerated federal power under Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution and is therefore reserved to the states under the Tenth Amendment.

No state funds shall be used to educate individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States. School districts and administrators who knowingly enroll such individuals may be held accountable for misuse of taxpayer resources.

SECTION 4 ENFORCEMENT STRATEGY

- The State of Missouri shall hire and train a minimum of 500 inspectors under the authority of the Attorney General’s Office.
- These inspectors will be empowered to audit, investigate, and verify employment records of businesses across all industries.
- Enforcement will be proactive, not complaint-driven. Surprise inspections will be standard operating procedure.

The goal: Make the risk of hiring illegal labor greater than the cost of compliance.

SECTION 5. PUBLIC BENEFITS RESTRICTIONS

No illegal alien shall be eligible for:
- Medicaid
- Housing assistance
- Food stamps (SNAP)
- WIC or other taxpayer-funded nutrition programs
- Driver’s licenses or non-commercial permits
- In-state tuition or scholarship eligibility

All agencies shall be required to verify legal presence before disbursing any benefits or services.

SECTION 6 VEHICLE AND IDENTIFICATION ENFORCEMENT

- No driver’s license, permit, state ID, or vehicle registration shall be issued to any person unable to verify lawful presence in the United States.
- Any business, school, or NGO found assisting with forged or fraudulent documentation shall face criminal penalties, including:
- Felony charges
- $250,000 minimum fine
- Permanent disqualification from all state contracts and funding

SECTION 7 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If any provision of this Act is found to be invalid, unconstitutional, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 8 REPEAL AND SUPERSESSION CLAUSE

All previous laws, statutes, regulations, provisions, or policies of the State of Missouri that conflict with or are addressed by this Act are hereby repealed, overridden, or rendered null and void. This Act is intended to fully replace all existing legal frameworks related to the employment, education, identification, and public benefits eligibility of illegal aliens in Missouri.

CONCLUSION

This is not about race. This is about law, sovereignty, and self-preservation.

If Missouri acts with resolve, other states will follow. If we hesitate, we will lose everything.

Let’s make Missouri toxic to illegal immigrants — and a model of courage for
the rest of the nation.
